My philosophy

I have been involved in project development, financing, investing and insuring renewable energy projects for over 20 years.
I am deeply convinced that the success of projects and transactions depends on the cohesion of the team in charge.
I set up Newgreen to bring seniority and project coordination by working as experienced members part of the clients' team.
I'm a fencer and I've learnt to be effective in the right tempo, which I apply both on the track and in managing projects and teams.
To enable the team reinforced by Newgreen's team-mates to get to know each other, Newgreen offers a fencing team-building session with an Olympic gold medallist master of arms. This session helps to cement the team, create a sense of belonging and make the team more effective.

We also coach and mentor project teams so that they become more autonomous and experienced.
